Kalvin Advices
1. Change mouse ... get a new mouse which is different size and/or shape. Maybe it was too small or too big for you.
2. Change the place of mouse. If you can move your mouse some other place rather than current location .. try using from different place. ( some of the tables has more than one place to put mouse )
3. Change the way you use the mouse, use index finger for left click, middle finger to scroll and ring finger for right click.
4. If you are using Ball operated mouse, try using Optical mouse. Optical mouse has lighter weight and smoother than lagacy mouse.
5. The last thing was the quality of your mouse, if you are not okay with ordinary low-e nd mouse, try using gamer/pro mouse. Most of the gamer mouse has very nice movement, click and sense comparing to ordinary mouse.
The most important thing is adjust your chair and computer table and stay relax when you are holding the mouse, don't squeeze it, don't lift it and don't hold it tight. And try putting all your fingers on the mouse all the time ( i.e : don't lift your middle finger/ring finger
