This is a April fool's News. Today myanmar community are sending out SMS which include contents like "Myanmar Embassy declare about TAX". Some message include a URL which might be something unofficial link to some site.
But please stop sending & forwarding SMS to handphones, I myself got several SMS in my box and my inbox was about to be filled. Please please stop spamming the SMS inbox.
